No refunds are given if you change your mind about a purchase or submit an order incorrectly.

Consumer guarantees apply under the Australian Consumer Law and nothing in this Returns Policy is intended to exclude the application of those guarantees.

If an item has a minor defect, we will provide a repair or offer you a replacement or a refund. This is provided that the minor defect has not arisen due to misuse of the item, a failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions or to take reasonable care.

If an item has a major defect, then provided that the minor defect has not arisen due to misuse of the item, a failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions or to take reasonable care, you are entitled to:

  • reject the item and receive a refund.
  • reject the item and receive an identical replacement, or one of similar value if reasonably available, or
  • keep the item and receive compensation for the drop in value caused by the problem.

If you think that an item received is defective and requires repair, replacement or a refund then you should send an email to info@obsessionclothing.com. Details of your order and a photo of the item may be requested to assist with the assessment of the claim. You may also be required to deliver the item to us at your expense for further assessment or for repair, replacement or a refund. Any reasonable delivery costs incurred by you in returning the item at our request will be reimbursed to you if further assessment deems the item as defective and you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund of it.

Upon being requested to deliver the item to us for further assessment or for repair, replacement or a refund, you will be issued with a Return Number. This Return Number must be quoted when sending the item to us. Any items received by us without a Return Number will be rejected and the item returned to you at your cost. If an item is not picked up or return postage paid by you within thirty days of being notified of the rejection of your claim under this policy, the item will be disposed of.

If the assessment of your item reveals no defect then your claim will be rejected and the item returned to you at your cost. If an item is replaced, your replacement item becomes your property and the returned item becomes our property. When a refund is given, the returned item becomes our property.
